House rules and information

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking, in the case of enforced government lockdown we will change your dates to another suitable date, that suits both parties to the same value. No refund will be given.

• Check in 3pm using lockbox

 

• Check out 10am using lockbox

 

• Strictly non smoking house. No candles

 

• No parties

 

• No noise after 10pm to respect the neighbours - they will call us!

 

• The house should be left tidy with everything placed back where you found it. If the cleaner has to tidy up after you, you will be charged for the extra time. Please empty kitchen bins / fridge and wash all kitchenware and PUT AWAY before you leave.

 

• Please clean the BBQ after use and replace the cover, turn off gas or disconnect

 

• Please ensure ALL doors are locked before you return the keys to the lockbox

 

• If you are staying Sunday night please leave the bins out for collection on Monday morning.

 

• Outdoor sofa cushions are in the laundry room, please put away before you leave or if very wet weather hits

 

• We have supplied one bag of fire wood for your stay (May to Oct), additional bags are available at Mitre 10 (around the corner) or in town

 

• We would be grateful if you did not leave lights, heating / aircon running when not in the house, this will help keep our rates as low as possible

 

• Garden toys, board games and playstation are available to use, please put away after use and try not to lose the pieces!
